1 수집하는 개인정보 항목

발화 인증 시 마이크로 들어온 음성은 기기에 내장된 음성인식 기능(iOS: Apple SFSpeechRecognizer, Android: Android 시스템 음성인식)이 처리합니다. 인식된 텍스트와 일치율 비교는 전부 기기 안에서만 이뤄지며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
앱이 예기치 않게 종료되면, 원인 파악을 위해 오류가 발생한 기기 모델·OS 버전과 오류 발생 지점(스택 트레이스)이 Firebase Crashlytics(Google)로 자동 전송됩니다. 이 정보는 앱 안정성 개선 목적으로만 쓰이며, 이용자의 이름이나 이메일과 직접 연결되지 않습니다.
2 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 로그인 유지
- 선택한 주제에 맞는 말씀·확언 콘텐츠 제공
- 인증(체크인) 기록 저장 및 기록·통계 화면 제공

3 보유 및 이용 기간
이용자의 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유합니다. 마이 탭 하단의 "회원탈퇴"를 통해 언제든 직접 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 즉시 계정 정보와 이용 기록(알람, 인증 내역, 설정 등)이 서버에서 영구적으로 삭제되고 복구할 수 없습니다.
4 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
서비스는 아래 외부 사업자를 통해 일부 기능을 제공하며, 각 목적 범위 내에서만 정보를 처리합니다.

이용 계약은 이용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인하고 이 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의함으로써 성립합니다.
4 이용자의 의무
- 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 부정하게 사용하지 않습니다.
- 서비스를 본래 목적과 다르게 이용하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하지 않습니다.
- 관련 법령과 이 약관을 준수합니다.
5 개발자의 의무

서비스에 포함된 성경 본문은 저작권이 소멸되었거나 퍼블릭 도메인으로 공개된 번역을 사용합니다.

7 후원(도네이션)
서비스 내 후원 기능은 이용자의 자발적인 의사에 따른 것으로, 후원과 서비스 이용 사이에 대가 관계가 없으며 후원 여부가 서비스 이용에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
8 서비스의 변경 및 중단
개발자는 서비스의 내용을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경 또는 중단 시에는 사전에 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
9 면책조항
서비스는 신앙 생활을 돕기 위한 개인용 도구이며, 특정 교단이나 기관을 대표하지 않습니다. 발화 인증 기능의 인식 정확도는 기기·환경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
Day & Night (the "Service"), operated by its developer (the "Developer"), takes user privacy seriously. This document plainly explains what information the Service collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.
1 Personal Information We Collect
The Service collects the following information.

During voice check-in, audio captured by the microphone is processed by the device's built-in speech recognition (iOS: Apple SFSpeechRecognizer, Android: Android's system speech recognition). The recognized text and match-rate comparison happen entirely on-device and are never sent to a server.
If the app terminates unexpectedly, the device model, OS version, and the point of failure (stack trace) are automatically sent to Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to help diagnose the cause. This information is used solely to improve app stability and is not directly linked to your name or email.
2 Purpose of Collection and Use
- Member identification and login session management
- Providing verse/affirmation content for the selected topic
- Storing check-in records and providing the record/statistics screen
- Scheduling alarms and sending notifications
- Aggregating usage for service improvement (without personal identification)
3 Retention and Use Period
Your personal information is retained until you delete your account. You may delete your account at any time via "Delete Account" at the bottom of the My tab; upon deletion, your account information and usage records (alarms, check-in history, settings, etc.) are permanently deleted from the server and cannot be recovered.
4 Third-Party Provision and Processing
The Service uses the following external providers for certain features, each processing data only within its stated purpose.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Developer and users in connection with use of the Day & Night Service.
1 Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Day & Night (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of users and the Developer.
2 Service Description
- Morning and evening verse/affirmation alarms
- Voice-based affirmation check-in
- Verse and affirmation audio narration
- Check-in records and statistics
- Browsing verse/affirmation content by category
3 Formation of the Usage Agreement
The usage agreement is formed when a user signs in with a Google account and agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4 User Obligations
- Do not steal or misuse another person's account.
- Do not use the Service for purposes other than intended, or interfere with its operation.
- Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
5 Developer Obligations
The Developer strives to provide a stable Service and protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable law. However, the Developer is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or infrastructure failures beyond its control.
6 Content Copyright
The Bible text included in the Service uses translations that are in the public domain or no longer under copyright.

The affirmation sentences are original works created by the Developer, and copyright belongs to the Service and the Developer.
7 Donations
Donations within the Service are entirely voluntary; there is no exchange relationship between donating and using the Service, and whether or not you donate does not affect your use of the Service.
8 Changes to and Suspension of the Service
The Developer may improve or change the content of the Service, and may suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons. Material changes or suspensions will be announced in advance within the Service.
9 Disclaimer
The Service is a personal tool intended to support one's faith practice and does not represent any specific denomination or organization. The accuracy of voice check-in recognition may vary depending on the device and environment.
10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising from use of the Service may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law.

Durante la confirmación por voz, el audio captado por el micrófono es procesado por el reconocimiento de voz integrado del dispositivo (iOS: Apple SFSpeechRecognizer, Android: reconocimiento de voz del sistema Android). El texto reconocido y la comparación de coincidencia se realizan por completo en el dispositivo y nunca se envían a un servidor.
Si la app se cierra inesperadamente, el modelo del dispositivo, la versión del SO y el punto del error (traza de pila) se envían automáticamente a Firebase Crashlytics (Google) para ayudar a diagnosticar la causa. Esta información se usa únicamente para mejorar la estabilidad de la app y no se vincula directamente con tu nombre o correo electrónico.
2 Finalidad de la recopilación y uso
- Identificación del usuario y mantenimiento de la sesión
- Provisión de contenido de versículos/declaraciones según el tema seleccionado
- Almacenamiento de registros de confirmación y provisión de la pantalla de registro/estadísticas
- Programación de alarmas y envío de notificaciones
- Estadísticas de uso agregadas para mejorar el servicio (sin identificación personal)
3 Período de conservación y uso
Tus datos personales se conservan hasta que elimines tu cuenta. Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento mediante "Eliminar cuenta" en la parte inferior de la pestaña Mi cuenta; al hacerlo, tu información de cuenta y tus registros de uso (alarmas, historial de confirmaciones, ajustes, etc.) se eliminan permanentemente del servidor y no se pueden recuperar.
4 Provisión a terceros y encargo de tratamiento
El Servicio utiliza los siguientes proveedores externos para ciertas funciones, cada uno procesando datos solo dentro del alcance de su finalidad.

3 Formación del contrato de uso
El contrato de uso se forma cuando el usuario inicia sesión con una cuenta de Google y acepta estos Términos y la Política de Privacidad.
4 Obligaciones del usuario
- No robar ni usar de forma indebida la cuenta de otra persona.
- No usar el Servicio con fines distintos a los previstos ni interferir con su funcionamiento.
- Cumplir con las leyes aplicables y estos Términos.
5 Obligaciones del Desarrollador
El Desarrollador se esfuerza por ofrecer un Servicio estable y protege los datos personales de los usuarios conforme a la ley aplicable. Sin embargo, el Desarrollador no es responsable de interrupciones del Servicio causadas por fuerza mayor, como desastres naturales o fallos de infraestructura fuera de su control.
6 Derechos de autor del contenido
El texto bíblico incluido en el Servicio utiliza traducciones de dominio público o sin derechos de autor vigentes.

7 Donaciones
Las donaciones dentro del Servicio son completamente voluntarias; no existe una relación de contraprestación entre donar y usar el Servicio, y donar o no donar no afecta el uso del Servicio.
8 Cambios y suspensión del Servicio
El Desarrollador puede mejorar o modificar el contenido del Servicio, y puede suspender la totalidad o parte del Servicio según sea necesario por motivos operativos o técnicos. Los cambios o suspensiones importantes se anunciarán con antelación dentro del Servicio.
9 Exención de responsabilidad
El Servicio es una herramienta personal para apoyar la práctica de la fe y no representa a ninguna denominación u organización específica. La precisión del reconocimiento en la confirmación por voz puede variar según el dispositivo y el entorno.
10 Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se interpretan de acuerdo con las leyes de la República de Corea, y cualquier disputa derivada del uso del Servicio podrá presentarse ante el tribunal competente conforme a la ley aplicable.
